Boulder County Colorado . . .

Whenever a national media outlet decides to run a story about the best places to live, it seems like Boulder County is always there at  the top of the list.  In 2009 alone, Forbes gave Boulder City the top spot on its list of towns in which one can "live well." CNNMoney bestowed a similar honor on Louisville, Boulder's neighbor to the southeast.

And why not?

Boulder County is where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains in spectacular fashion. Where else can one stroll from a city park like Chautauqua up into mountain formations as breathtaking as the Flatirons.

But it is not just natural splendor that attracts people to Boulder County. From Rocky Mountain National Park to the outdoor summer Shakespeare Festival; from the National Center for Atmospheric Research to the Annual Conference of World Affairs; from Pearl Street Mall to the Dushanbe Teahouse, there is always something to do or see or experience in this unique and wonderful area.
